Pipe handling equipment is also installed where needed for transferring pipes between blasting and coating processes.
CoverCat also design and build computerised control systems, which monitors both the drive system and the coating process, providing a continuous visual display and printout of the coating thickness, speeds, temperatures, pressures, batch numbers etc.
These records are permanently stored in the computer system, and can be accessed at any time in the future. Together with our unique remote access feature, this information can be retrieved from almost any computer worldwide, together with a live view of the current lining process.
